We are beginning to understand that a well looked after employee is a happier employee and a happier employee leads to a more productive, focused employee.

Like most of us our external environment seeps into our working days and our working days seep into our home life it is incredible important for your wellbeing to find healthy balance as taking time to rest and recuperate leads to reset and recalibration.

We spend so much time within the working environment and alongside our colleagues it is important we create a safe space to connect with them on a more enjoyable level celebrating our differences yet coming together to achieve more in a healthy healing way improving are overall wellbeing. We have created a unique experience fuelled with adventure that will help you connect with yourself, your team and nature deepening your level of self-awareness and aligning your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.

All wild warrior walks seek to teach you the importance of presence through the art of meditation, meditation brings clarity, focus and a sense of calm gaining a new perception on stressful situations, building skills to manage stress and anxiety, reducing the charge on heightened emotions allowing you to respond and not react increasing patience, imagination and creativity.

Functional breath work and connected breath work which activates the parasympathetic nervous system switching from flight or fight to calm and centred in a soothing trauma informed way. Conscious connected Breath work will allow you to explore the altered states of consciousness releasing trauma and fear inviting euphoric bliss in to your mind, heart and life energising and boosting immune system strengthening your lungs and deepening your self-awareness.

Kundalini Yoga – is considered yoga for the subconscious. It is a practise involving breath work, Kriyas ( postures ) mantras and meditations. It is a devotional practise requiring commitment. The effect of kundalini is powerful for the physical body. It allows deeper states of consciousness using repetitive sounds and movements to activate states of relaxation and calm by activating parts of the brain and nervous system. When practised with consistency kundalini can re programme old patterns of thinking and behaviour allowing individuals to have a deep spiritual connection and noticeable improvements in their physical and mental health.
